Returning clients receive a follow-up consultation to track progress and ensure your treatments continue to deliver results. CANCELLATION POLICY
We truly value your time—and ours. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible. To keep things fair for all clients, we ask for at least 48 hours notice for any changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late cancellations or missed appointments impact our ability to serve other clients and hold that time for you. We always extend grace when we can, especially in true emergencies, and appreciate your understanding in helping us protect our small business. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
